  •  Instruction and coordination through the entire wedding to ensure a smooth execution 

  •  Ensure tables are organized and arranged as designated including centerpieces, decorations, etc. 

  •  Staffing assistance 

  •  Oversee setup/breakdown

  •  Monitoring bridal party arrival

  •  Monitoring vendors arrival 

  •  Stay in touch with the point person, if there is one 

  •  Pay vendors at end of event
